: If the Council is informed by any means that a registered pharmacy practitioner has not followed the professional conduct as per rule 3.1 or has registered his name in the registration book in accordance with Clause (e) of Sub-section 1 of Section 18 of the Act, the Council shall take necessary action in this regard. A one or three-member investigation committee will be formed under the coordination of one of the members of the council to investigate and submit a report.
